Golf Fusion, founded in January 2003, is the brainchild of Kevin Dogen & Bruce Greene, residents of Northern California. The two founders combine a passion for golf with the desire to create a highly interactive environment for the golf industry.

While the initial wave of the Internet enabled many clubs to set up "Informational" websites, the current wave focuses on creating an "Operational" impact. The interactive systems Golf Fusion has developed for Public and Private courses tap into the power of the Internet to generate revenue, automate administrative tasks, increase tournament participation and reduce overall costs.

After 2 years of research, interviewing GMs and Head Professionals across the U.S., Golf Fusion discovered they wanted more than their informational website provided. From these findings came 5 KEYS we focus on when developing our solutions:

KEY #1: On-line applications need to be user friendly and easy to implement, otherwise they don’t get used. Our systems address both issues, resulting in golfers in their 70’s and 80’s (age...not score) not only using our tools, but actually administering their sites!

KEY #2: Flexibility is critical. While Golf Fusion’s systems can operate as stand-alone solutions, they also serve as compliments to existing websites, providing golfers with a suite of new interactive tools they value. Our sites are 100% customizable so they match the look and feel of existing sites, and modular so any function can be enabled / disabled.

KEY #3: Affordability is essential. Providing great on-line tools is wonderful, but they need to be well priced. Every Golf Fusion system is available for a low annual license fee designed to make pricing a non-issue.

KEY #4: Users need to be able to pay for various services on-line (Tournaments, Lessons, WebStore, etc.), with an easy to use interface and back-end Reporting system. All Golf Fusion sites are e-commerce enabled, with a payment processing system that routes funds directly to an assigned bank account and reports all transactions. The result is the ability to create new on-line revenue streams with ZERO development costs.

KEY #5: Web-based solutions need to be 100% self-administered, so clubs have complete control of the site’s content. Golf Fusion provides an easy to follow ADMIN Manual with screenshots that explain every function of the site and answer every “How Do I” question.
